Why did we label this natural processed coffee as 'Balanced'? It's not as fruit-bomb or floral as many of the Naturals we serve. It still has layers of depth without much fermentation flavor, and in blind-tastings it has a flavor profile reminiscent of a good washed Colombia. If you think 'you don't like naturals' this may be an exception!
