Intensity Blend is currently 100% Forest Green Coffee's Black Condor Project in Tolima, which primarily supports farmers impacted by local guerrilla warfare.. We roast it up until just before 'second-crack', before coffees begin to appear particularly dark and oily.
Whereas our everyday Levity Blend is bright, uplifting and frivolous, Intensity Blend is it's darker-roasted, heavy and rich counterpart. This full-bodied coffee tastes like Dark Chocolate and Baked Brown Sugar, and is suitable for a rich home espresso, and as a full-tasting, every-morning coffee too.
