Embrujo Cafe (Enchanted Coffee) is a regenerative coffee company in Anerma, Caldas, Colombia that produces high quality traditional and experimentally processed coffees.
They have a line-up of three magical Natural Process coffees: The Wizard - a traditional aerobic natural. The Witch - an anaerobic natural, where additional coffee fruit fermentation occurs in a sealed environment. And our purchase, Mr. Hat, which is a blend of the aerobic and anaerobic natural coffees.
The result is a wonderfully sweet and clean coffee that is not overly fermented in flavor! (We Want The Funk. But you know - keep it tasting good.)
