SL-28 and SL-34 are highly celebrated coffee varietals in Kenya. Both were developed by Scott Agricultural Laboratories (hence, SL) in the 1930s for their drought resistance, exceptional cup quality, and high yield at elevated altitudes.
This coffee is produced by the esteemed New Murarandia Farmers Cooperative Society in Kiharu, Kenya. It's a traditional washed process with intentional sorting throughout.
